Unfortunately, we often think of God as a distant rule maker, who will unleash consequences on those who disobey. Even though our faith tells us over and over again that “God is love”, most of us are still trapped by this idea that God is somehow a grumpy old man who is less than loving.
As followers of God, we need to know and accept the reckless and “scandalous” love that God has for us. Our four month series “Scandalous Love” will challenge your imagination to understand just how crazy He is about us. The series is rated PG-13 because of some of the content that we will be sharing from Scripture could invoke some serious questions from smaller children. Adore recommends that anyone under 13 be accompanied by an adult. More info here.
